Outstanding Service James W. Review from Angies List.Ron Harris, one of the owners, was outstanding from the time of my initial visit inquiring about their service to the completion of the work two days later. He described in detail the initial method they would use to remove the smoke odor from the interior and the secondary method that would be used if the first attempt was unsuccessful. After the interior detailing, the inside of the car looked like new and the smoke odor was completely gone. Ron did the actual work removing the dents caused by hail and door dings using various tools with the Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) method – and while waiting, I was informed by another customer that Ron is one of only a small number of PDR Master Craftsmen in the United States certified by Vale. It was amazing to see the before and after effects of his work making the car completely dent free. Everyone I came in contact with at the shop was courteous, friendly, and professional. I will always take my cars to their shop for detailing work or dent repair, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone interested in receiving expert work at a fair and reasonable price.
OUTSTANDING WORK - I need a stronger word These guys are serious pros and SO LAID BACK. No attitude, they are only interested in the value of their work. The previous reviews are so, so, so deserved and in fact, I don’t think their strong enough. I would NEVER take my car anywhere else or let anyone else touch it for detailing. Don’t waste your money at other shops. Most of all, these guys are RESPONSIBLE. If they make a mistake they eat the cost and will do EVERYTHING to return you vehicle in better shape than when it arrived. Stellar customer service. Certainly a committed customer here.

AMAZING WORK I’m just a person that believes a good shop deserves good recognition so i wanted to let people know that as a customer at Concours Auto Salon i am over 100% please with the work they did on my car. I had 2 ugly dents in my fender and they were able to leave it good as new with out any paint work. I cant see any kind of scratches or dents on the fender. I’m really satisfied with their service and recommend them to anyone. Oh and their price was amazing, i called around and asked for prices and still they were able to beat it. Their work was perfect and price was lower than competitors. Just wanted to give them a 5 STAR Rating!!! Thank you Concours Auto Salon
5 Stars…I shopped around for a shop which could do the best job on paint protection film. After looking around, I settled on Concours Auto Salon. I chose them based on the fact that they do a good volume of this work, and due to a reference from someone. Also, I liked the fact that it is a relatively a small operation and the owners Anthony and Ron do the work personally, and have a direct interest in having a high level of quality. I opted for the XPEL premium film for the entire front half of my car, as well as complete coverage of my doors, and headlights. The work was done and I am very happy with the result. Would definitely go back to have work done.

Jeff G. (from Angie’s list) This is the first time that I’ve used Concours Auto Salon. I went there based on their Angie’s List reviews and I was not disappointed. I was a little worried when I first drove into their parking lot, because it was filled with a Ferrari, 5 Porsches, a Mercedes E55 wagon and a Ford GT. I was bringing in my wife’s 7 year old Mazda MPV minivan and figured they would chuckle and tell me they didn’t have time for my car. They could not have been more friendly or professional. Both Anthony and Ron took time to go over what I was looking for and discuss my options. They did a full detailing of the interior, which was no small feat. This van was our family truckster and the inside was pretty bad. The inside looked brand new when they were finished! The seats were spotless. The mats land carpet ooked like a golf course fairway. The interior panels were shiny and mark-free. They also washed the exterior, waxed it and dressed the wheels and tires. Additionally, Ron removed a couple dents. The job they did was outstanding!
